Through a strategic collaboration with PT Technip Engineering Indonesia for the ultimate end-client, Petronas Carigali (PC North Madura II Ltd.), we have successfully delivered the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) for the Hidayah Field Development Project (North Madura II PSC, East Java).
The successful execution of this highly complex offshore project stands as a testament to our advanced technical capabilities, rigorous project risk management, and uncompromising adherence to global safety and regulatory standards.
Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Engineering
Throughout the FEED phase, PT Tri Panji Puring deployed elite engineering personnel to execute 12 integrated Cost Time Resource (CTR) pillars simultaneously. Our scope encompassed critical domains, including advanced Flow Assurance Studies to guarantee multi-phase subsea fluid dynamics, robust Structural Engineering for deep-water resilience, and comprehensive Mechanical & Process Safety protocols (HAZID & HAZOP). Our engineering framework also ensured seamless integration across Piping & Pipeline Design, Electrical & Telecommunications, Naval Architecture, and end-to-end Hookup & Commissioning strategies to guarantee a smooth operational startup.
Engineering Excellence in Scale
The Hidayah FEED project demonstrates PT Tri Panji Puring’s capability in managing massive-scale offshore facilities. Our team successfully engineered an integrated Central Processing Platform (CPP) and Wellhead Platform (WHP) system. We accurately matured and optimized the design evolution from a Pre-FEED baseline of 5,900.3 Metric Tons (MT) to a comprehensive dry weight of 8,845 MT during the FEED phase, meticulously distributing 4,917 MT to the Topside and 3,928 MT to the Substructure (Jacket & Piles).
