Executive Summary

PT Tri Panji Puring, functioning as a premier Engineering Support Services entity, has successfully concluded the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) phase for the Hidayah Field Development (North Madura II PSC, East Java). Executed in strategic synergy with PT Technip Engineering Indonesia for Petronas Carigali (PC North Madura II Ltd.), this milestone highlights our uncompromising commitment to engineering precision, operational safety, and national energy development.

Core Engineering Competencies (12 CTR Disciplines)

Our deployment of multi-disciplinary engineering expertise ensured seamless integration across all project phases:

  • Asset Integrity & Safety: Advanced Flow Assurance Studies, comprehensive Material & Corrosion Inspection, and stringent Mechanical & Process Safety evaluations (HAZID & HAZOP).
  • Structural & Subsea Systems: Deep-water Structural Engineering, detailed 3D PDMS Piping & Pipeline Design, and Naval Architecture for marine stability.
  • Operational Control & Startup: Independent Electrical, Instrument & Telecommunication networks (DCS/ESD), coupled with robust Hookup, Commissioning & Operations guidelines.

Engineering Metric Optimization

The FEED phase demanded rigorous technical validation for a massive integrated Central Processing Platform (CPP) and Wellhead Platform (WHP). PT Tri Panji Puring’s task force successfully engineered the structural evolution from a 5,900.3 MT Pre-FEED baseline to a fully matured FEED dry weight of 8,845 MT (Topside: 4,917 MT | Substructure: 3,928 MT).

PT Tri Panji Puring is fully equipped to deliver complex offshore engineering solutions, maintaining stringent compliance with international governance and supply chain regulations.
