Jakarta, Indonesia – As a premier engineering partner in the global Oil & Gas sector, PT Tri Panji Puring proudly showcases its strategic involvement in the Bukit Panjang Development Project. Contracted by PC Ketapang II Ltd (PCK2L) – PETRONAS Carigali, our firm has successfully delivered the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) for critical offshore and onshore facilities in the Ketapang Block, Madura.

Strategic Context and Governance

Navigating the complexities of Indonesia's energy landscape requires more than just technical expertise; it demands strict alignment with SKK Migas investment frameworks, operational risk management protocols, and world-class safety standards. Our execution of this FEED project reflects our capability to harmonize aggressive operational targets with uncompromising corporate governance.

Project Highlights & Engineering Capabilities

  • Optimized Offshore Infrastructure: We engineered an unmanned 6-slot Wellhead Platform (WHP BPJT-A) in 41-meter water depth. Demonstrating our capability in capital expenditure (CAPEX) optimization, the topside was designed with a strict maximum lift weight of 500 MT, allowing for highly cost-efficient installation via Jack-up Rigs.
  • Seamless Brownfield Integration: Our multidisciplinary team meticulously mapped the integration of a new 28km, 18-inch FWS pipeline to the existing BTJT-A host platform. We also engineered critical modifications on the FPSO Ratu Nusantara, upgrading the Main Control Room to facilitate remote control capabilities for the new unmanned platform.
  • Onshore Custody Excellence: At the Onshore Receiving Facility (ORF) in Gresik, we designed the integration of a new Gas Scrubber and Custody Metering system. This scope involved rigorous safety and process engineering to ensure flawless gas handover operations, fully compliant with national energy distribution regulations.

At PT Tri Panji Puring, we do not just design facilities; we engineer reliability, ensure regulatory compliance, and build the future of Indonesia's energy resilience.
