Ensure that all construction activities are executed in accordance with the approved project schedule, budget, technical specifications, applicable codes and standards, quality requirements, and Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) regulations through effective supervision, coordination, and management of construction contractors.
Implement an integrated project risk management process, including periodic risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and review, to proactively manage project risks and ensure safe, timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project execution.
